SEND Caseworker

The Vision Support Team is part of Hull City Council’s Integrated Physical and Sensory Service (IPaSS). We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Teacher of Children and Young People with Visual Impairment (QTVI) who wants to start as soon as possible. You must be flexible and hardworking and be able to work both under direction and on your own initiative.

The role is outpatient and involves working with visually impaired children and young people (0-25 years) across the city to promote independence and ensure access to education and a wider life. You support children and young people and their families in families, in childcare, in regular education and in the post-16 period.

Placement Officer

As a Placement Officer you will play a crucial role in facilitating work experience and employment for our students, helping them transition successfully into the world of work or further education.
